SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Project Management
During the entire Development Cycle of your project you will have direct access
to the newmediabureau production team. We believe in effective lines of communication: you will speak directly to the people that
are developing your project.
Office Hours
You can contact us during normal working hours (Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm)
by email, fax and telephone.
Response Times
We guarantee a response to emails and telephone messages within 24 hrs, but
endeavour to respond the very same day.
Regular Meetings
During the Development Cycle, the newmediabureau team will call various meetings.
Depending upon the nature of the meeting, some or all members of your production
team will attend.
Requirements Gathering and Transparency
The meeting schedule, along with all other content delivery schedules are mutually
agreed and signed off during Requirements Gathering, and thus form the timeline
and structure of all transparent phases of any project.
Collateral Material
Any Collateral Materials should be sent to the newmediabureau production team
directly. These will be logged and returned on request, at the end of the project
(please inform us at the beginning of a project if this is necessary).
Client Extranet
Once a project is launched, a dedicated space on one of our Live Servers will
be allocated to your project. Access via the web allows your staff to constantly
monitor the progress of the project. You will be allocated a private username
and password to access the developing website at any time you chose from day
one to conclusion of the project.
Escalation
If you feel, at any time, that your needs are not being dealt with swiftly and
appropriately, you are free to escalate your concern using the contact details
contained within the Client Extranet.

We abide by all legislation, and adhere to 'Best Practice' principles; meaning
that all data will be not only lawfully but also morally and fairly processed.
Your Rights
All data is processed in accordance with Your rights; meaning any data held
about You is viewable and can be erased on demand.
Your Consent
We always obtain consent from You before collecting or publishing details on
websites, or storing these details by any means. You are always at liberty to
decline.
Statement of Purpose
All data collected will be processed for limited and clearly declared purposes.
We never collect or retain personal data unless it is strictly necessary for
our purposes. When collecting personal data, we always inform You who we are,
what personal data we are collecting, processing and storing, and for what purpose.
We do this before You are invited to give us any information.
Marketing Purposes
If we need extra information for marketing purposes this is always made clear
and the provision of the information is always optional. We only use personal
data for marketing purposes where You have 'opted in' for Your information to
be used in this way: such as Newsletters, Bulletins or e-Marketing initiatives.
Opting Out
If, at a later stage, You ask us to stop using Your data for marketing purposes
we will do so immediately.
Third Parties
We will only give out Your data to Third Parties, if you have expressly chosen

the Third Parties to whom the original information was communicated.
Changes to Your Data
Upon Your request we will correct, change or delete inaccurate details. Data
that is out of date or no longer required will also be deleted on request.
Deletion of Your Data
We will stop processing data if You object to it because the processing is causing
damage or distress.

All data will be securely maintained, and not given out to Third Parties, unless
expressly with your consent. We design our systems/sites in such a way that
we avoid or minimise the use of personal data. We use the most up-to-date technologies
to protect the personal data collected or stored on our site and the sites we
make for clients. Especially sensitive or valuable information, such as financial
details is protected by encryption software, and processed through our Merchant
Bank partners.
Cookies
We will always inform you if 'cookies' or other forms of 'stealth software'
are being used.
